why it works
YOU ARE LOOKING TO DEEPEN YOUR IMPACT FOR YOURSELF, FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES OR YOUR ORGANISATION. WE ARE PROVIDING YOU WITH SOUND AND SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN METHODS TO REALIZE SUSTAINABLE CHANGE FOR YOURSELF OR YOUR ORGANIZATION. COMBINING EFFECTIVE MODELS AND TOOLS WITH REFLECTIONS AND RESTING POINTS TO CREATE AN INSPIRING SPACE FOR LEARNING, DIALOGUE AND ENCOUNTER.
K. Wilber’s integral model serves as our basis for what we call sustainable growth. It places a wide diversity of theories and thinkers into one single framework to describe the interconnectedness of human and organizational behavior. Following this rationale, we provide you with the knowledge that is integral and whole.
- The I (individual/internal) has to do with the individual and its various aspects. Therefore we call this learning domain “Personal Learning”.
- The IT (individual/external) deals with the individuals behavior when interacting with others. Therefore we call this learning domain “Personal Learning”.
- The WE (collective/internal) looks at the social dynamics that are involved when we interact in groups. Therefore we call this learning domain “Social Learning”.
- The ITS (collective/external) addresses the outer and tangible mechanisms of an organzation. Therefore we call this learning domain “Organizational Learning”. And as you can imagine, each change in one of the quadrants induces changes in all others. Therefore it as an integral model that reflects our systemic understanding.
Advances in neurosciences, cognitive behavioral psychology, performance science and positive psychology provide clear indications of how people (brains) behave in specific situations. And how learning and transformation work.
Having neuroscientists in our ecosystem, we can draw from this latest and profound knowledge to provide you with unique learning experiences.
It is easy … you should not work against your brain, rather you should be aware of the underlying processes to design and execute the various formats of learning of transformation.
Only in this way, you will be able to acquire sustainable changes in behavior that raise your performance to a maximum, make you happy and allows for healthy relationships. We also spread this knowledge regularly by giving talks on a variety of topics.
Social Learning is a combination of (intrinsic) formal learning, experiential learning and social collaboration. Research shows that social learning has for example a 75:1 ROI ratio over webinars. It goes back to the stone age when people learned from and with each other.
In our programs and seminars, we take the best from Social Learning Theory (Julian B. Rotter), Social-cognitive Learning Theory (Albert Badura), Action Learning (Reginald Revans) and other peer learning and development formats (like “Working Out Loud”) and distill the most efficient and fun program for participants and the organization.
