My background and coaching style
Through solution-oriented coaching, I support the discovery of strengths, concretization of goals and development of feasible steps. Appreciative and attentive perception leads both individuals and teams to open their eyes to their own potential. In order to be able to use this purposefully, I convey exciting methods – with a good portion of curiosity, open-mindedness and empathy.
Conflicts can be an energy boost for valuable change. It doesn’t feel like it at first – but when exploring the underlying, the actual needs (and these are always the cause of a conflict!) completely new insights are gained, which the team and each individual can use very well. In training or mediation we’ll work on existing “cold” or “hot” conflicts, so that everyone involved knows where they stand.
