With a background as Head of HR and member of Management Teams steering organisations of 100+ people, I bring deep first-hand experience in leadership, transformation and people development.
I have 13+ years of experience in Leadership, Business and Personal Coaching and hold certifications as a Systemic Business Coach, Resilience Coach, Mediator, and Expert in Systemic Organisational, Team and Leadership Development.
